Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank and all employees hold second annual “Community Day”

Atlanta Falcons owner and CEO Arthur Blank (left) and all 165 employees of his businesses – including the Falcons – recently participated in the second annual “All Associates Community Day.”

The group, which included club president Rich McKay, general manager Thomas Dimitroff and head coach Mike Smith, volunteered at two nearby locations – the Walters Boys and Girls Club and the Challenged Child and Friends center.

At the two cites staffers spent time with children in addition to painting, working on landscaping and cleaning playground equipment.

“Giving back to the community has always been a fundamental principle for Arthur Blank and the Falcons organization,” McKay said. “It’s a great day for the family of businesses to come together as one and make a difference in our Atlanta communities.”
